Gaia’s Garden’n Gallery is honored to provide our customers with an affordable avenue to make our selves and our homes less toxic.
How it works: Upon receipt of your membership, a monthly email will be sent to you (so make sure that you keep your email contact with us up-to-date). In this email, different organic product categories (household cleaners, personal care products, non-perishable food items, paper products, etc.) will be offered for you to choose from. Fill out the form and send it back to us via email. Your order will be FedEx'd right to your doorstep!!!
The Cost: You will be charged a non-refundable $25.00 yearly membership fee, payable before service begins, that will entitle you to a 15% discount on all offered grocery items throughout the year. You may purchase as little or as much as you desire each month, there is no minimum order required to receive your discount. Subsequent product orders will be charged to your credit card on a secured site.
Return Policy: In the event a product is damaged upon receipt of your order, you may contact us at returns@gaiasgarden-n-gallery.com for a return authorization number to ship the damaged product back to us for replacement. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a return authorization number and replacement. Only damaged items will be allowed for return.
Renewal: A reminder email will be sent in your renewal month so that you won’t miss out on any of the wonderful products you’ve come to trust and love. If you choose not to renew your membership please send us notification and your membership will be cancelled. If at a later date you decide to rejoin, simple contact us below and your new membership will take effect. Nonpayment of renewals without proper notification will cancel membership and may result in denied service in the future.
Feedback Welcome: If there is a product that you want and we don’t currently offer it, let us know and we will try to find the item(s) and make them available to you. Also, if you have any concerns, comments, or suggestions about the program and how it may be improved, email us with your ideas.
